Note:
(1) For orders under USD 89 (e.g., helmet accessories or PikaBoost 2 accessories), an additional USD 10 shipping fee applies per item.
For example, if an order includes two items, the shipping fee will be charged twice.
(2) Customs duties and taxes, when applicable, are assessed by local authorities and are payable by the customer, as we do not charge or control these fees.
(3) For orders over USD 89 placed on our official website, standard shipping cost is covered for most countries/regions. Shipping options and costs may vary by destination, please refer to the table below for details.

Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Shipping courier
Normally we use the following express delivery: FedEx / UPS / Canpar / Purolator / DHL /DPD / Local Post Service /SF Express.
TRACKING
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours (Click Here to Track Your Order). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
EXCEEDED DELIVERY TIME
Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email user@livall.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Before shipment processing:
Order Cancellation / Change of Address / Replacements and Exchanges: NO charge
After shipment processing:
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify, block, or cancel it.
If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, it will be treated as a return.
In this case, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method but will deduct any applicable shipping and customs clearance fees.
Therefore, please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Notice:
Order processing for shipment usually requires 2 business days. During this period, the order may have already been handed over to our logistics partner for shipping. In this case, cancellation of the order is not available.
