RS1 - SKI HELMET

I bought two helmets, for me and my wife.
The good:
+ Extremely well build, good looking and nice to wear, although a little heavy
+ They directly connect to the phone, without the use of the application, and give nice powerful sound for music and phone calls.
+ The buttons are well placed and easy to press for all the functions
+ The quality/price ratio is unbelievable!!!
The bad:
- When using the app, and trying to pair the helmets to the phones, sitting in the same ski lift cabin, the apps and the phones often cross-link, making it a pain. The workaround would be to do the linkage when the persons are far apart. Problem is that when back together, they tend to cross link randomly.
- when using the app, the music sound worsens, the volume halves for music and calls and becomes mono instead of stereo.
- the PTT function works well when the app gets to work well but doesn't work at all, of course, when not in app. And PTT is 50% of the fun and it would be nice to have it working, if the app would be more reliable.
- The tracking function is very moody and, when it works, it shows only fragments of your tracks and unprobable numbers. This is not a big deal since many ski domains have their own apps that are doing a good job.
- As the linkage in app is so unstable, I couldn't make the SOS function to work.
In conclusion, in order to have a good sound, we used the helmets without using the apps.
The phones are Samsung 23 ultra and Vivo x80 pro

Well done gentlemen, I don't know how you would improve on this design

Just got these helmets for my 3 boys and myself to ski with and they fit the boys perfect. Easy sync. Can’t wait to hit the slopes with them. They came with two black “sleeves?” that I’m not sure what they are for.

I just received it and haven't used it yet but it seems good. It's comfortable and BT sound is excellent
