For Regions Outside the United States and Europe

Orders placed during the pre-sale phase will receive shipping notifications within approximately 5-10 days after the order is placed.

4. Shipping Policy for Accessories
Smart Helmet Accessories: Smart helmet accessories include charging cables, liners, sunglasses, remote controllers and visors. All smart helmet accessories will be shipped within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
PikaBoost 2 Accessories: PikaBoost 2 accessories include pikaboost2 remote controllers, mudguard and installation kit, tires and batteries. PikaBoost 2 accessories are currently available for pre-order. The shipping timeline for these accessories will align with the shipping schedule of the PikaBoost 2.

Order Processing Time
It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Generally, orders are shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends might experience delay.
Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
EXCEEDED DELIVERY TIME
Shipping may be subject to delays due to carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, supply constraints, high shipment volumes, or labor shortages. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email user@livall.com and we will verify the situation with the shipping company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Before shipping:
Order Cancellation / Change of Address / Replacements and Exchanges: NO charge
After shipping:
Please note! We cannot modify, block or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
If you refuse delivery and the order is returned to our facility, we will treat it as a return.
In this case we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method and we will deduct shipping costs if included, so please confirm the shipping address before placing your order.
ABOUT TAX
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other.
