Super sensitive SOS feature

I was flagged twice by a friend and another time by a police officer because of the SOS lights before I realized the feature is ridiculously sensitive. I was just standing around with a group of friends and someone who knew Morse code noticed it. Thought it was just a fluke. A couple of weeks later, a local cop stopped my while I was riding on the sidewalk checking if everything is ok. He also noticed the SOS Morse code. As it turned out, almost every single time I’m out riding my E-Scoote, any little bump triggers the SOS feature. Good thing I didn’t set an emergency contact so no one was falsely notified. Kinda silly riding around with SOS flashing at the back of my head. Tried to contact support via the chat on the app, but the ai bot stops responding. Love the helmet but hate the SOS feature. There should be a way to disable it. I will try to get a replacement from Best Buy where I bought the helmet. If it happens again with the replacement helmet, then there has to be more owners other than me and the only other reviewer on this site with this issue. I would then just return the C21 helmet for a full refund. Because of this, I cannot recommend this otherwise good fitting helmet until the problem is resolved.

Nice helmet

The helmet is nice and fits well in my head, but the SOS feature is very sensitive. I haven’t fall, but it sent the allert while I was riding my bike and today while I was holding the helmet in my hands an walked inside the house. But other wise it’s working fine.
