How to Install the PikaBoost 2 Seatpost Clamp
Check and Clean the Seatpost
Make sure the bicycle seatpost itself is securely locked. Hold the saddle and gently try to rotate it.
If the seatpost rotates inside the frame, secure it before installing the PikaBoost.
Clean the mounting area and remove dirt, grease, dust or loose tape that may reduce grip.
Install the Correct Gasket
Place the appropriate gasket inside the clamp and make sure it sits evenly against the seatpost.
Do not tighten the clamp if the gasket is folded, overlapping or pushed out of position.
Attach the Clamp Without Fully Tightening It
Fit the clamp to the seatpost while leaving enough movement for small alignment adjustments.
Do not fully tighten the clamp before the PikaBoost position has been aligned.
Use “Lift Up” and Align the Drive Roller
Connect PikaBoost 2 to the LIVALL Riding App. Enter Installation Calibration and select Lift Up.
Stand behind the bicycle and make sure the drive roller is centered on the rear tire, rather than noticeably shifted to the left or right.
Tighten the Clamp Gradually and Evenly
Alternate between the mounting screws instead of fully tightening one screw first.
Do not over-tighten the clamp.
Stop tightening once the clamp is firmly secured and no longer moves on the seatpost. Do not continue applying force simply because the screw can still turn.
Complete “Push Down” Calibration
Return to Installation Calibration in the LIVALL Riding App and complete the Push Down step.
Before riding, confirm that the clamp is secure and the drive roller remains centered.

PikaBoost 2 Clamp Loose? Check These 4 Things
1. Is the Bicycle Seatpost Moving?
Hold the saddle and gently try to rotate it. If the entire seatpost rotates inside the bicycle frame, secure the seatpost before adjusting the PikaBoost clamp.
2. Is the Gasket Sitting Correctly?
A folded, misplaced or poorly fitting gasket can reduce contact with the seatpost. Remove the clamp and check the gasket before applying more tightening force.
3. Is the Clamp or Main Unit Actually Moving?
With the bicycle stationary and the PikaBoost powered off, gently check for side-to-side movement, vertical movement or rotation around the seatpost.
If the clamp itself moves, inspect the gasket and mounting screws.
4. Is Only the Drive Roller Off-Center?
If the seatpost and clamp are secure but the drive roller has shifted, the problem may be alignment rather than clamp looseness.
Realign the roller and repeat the installation calibration.

Do not continue riding with a structurally damaged clamp.
Replace a cracked or broken mounting component rather than attempting a temporary repair.
