Not sure why my remote only lasted a few rides? I

Not sure why my remote only lasted a few rides? I purchased last summer with a new helmet. Worked great for just a few rides. Then the battery was dead. I ordered another new replacement battery. Swapped it out. Same thing. Last maybe two more rides then crapped out. [****] I sent a support request after a few weeks. No response. Not sure if there is some update required? I am hesitant to reorder another remote control. The helmet is fantastic. When it worked those few times it was amazing actually easy to make turns to alert others around me. NOT SURE WHY support has ditched my request. Now with spring here, I am anxious to get back out and ride more.

Ordered 2 remotes and 1 had a dead battery

Ordered 2 remotes and 1 had a dead battery. Paired them to the helmets and they worked at first then quit working.
