PikaBoost 2 Lite + Remote Controller

I tried to connect the remote control to the main unit as soon as it arrived, but it didn’t work. I contacted customer service, but even after a week, I have received no technical support at all. Furthermore, when I went out to a test ride, the aluminum cast clamp broke when going over a step due to the vibration. I was told that a replacement would be sent immediately, but it still hasn’t been shipped. Overall, this was the worst purchase experience, and I absolutely do not recommend it.
